Blueberry Safeguarding and Compliance helps you manage risks to young people and the adults who work with them. We help you understand where harm to young people might come from and how to reduce those risks, helping you operationalise your duty of care.
About
Blueberry Safeguarding and Compliance works closely with the ELT sector to provide safeguarding training, audit compliance consultancy and crisis management training. Safeguarding young people, vulnerable adults and the staff who work with them is the main focus.
Founder and consultant Kevin O'Donnell has managed year round ELT schools for adults and juniors and multiple summer centres. He is a member of the British Council Accreditation Scheme Advisory Committee and is the Club Welfare Officer at a London-based rowing club.
